Q: How do I get the correct custom fit mats/liners for my vehicle?
A: Because our custom fit liners are 3D digital measured to exact contours of your vehicle, it is very important to enter the correct Model Year (i.e. 2017), Make (i.e., Buick), Model (i.e., Enclave), and sub-model or seating configurations (i.e., 2nd Row bench or bucket seating).

Q: How do I clean my liners?
A: We recommend only use mild dish soap (i.e., Dawn), with a soft bristle brush.  Do not use any cleaners with bleach. Do not use gasoline or diesel.

Q: What are the differences between Kagu, Elegant, & Classic liners?
A: While all our floor liners are three layers, the main differences is the top layer.

  • Kagu is our stylish carbon fiber looking lightweight rubberized liner.
  • Elegant is our plush carpeted liner.
  • Classic is our older carpeted liner that's being phased out for Elegant.

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A:
 Our warehouse is located in Fontana, California, shipping times vary by States & rural location.  Most carriers promise 5-7 business days for cross country shipments.

Q: How long does it take to process my order before shipping?
A: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (1-3 Business Days) after payment is verified.

Q: I have vinyl flooring, do you have liners for me?
A: Our mats/liners are not designed to accommodate vehicles with vinyl flooring.

Q: My vehicle is not listed, what are my options?
A: We’re constantly adding new applications, please contact us via email at support@3dmatsusa.com. We also do have Trim-To-Fit & Universal liners available.

Q: Why don’t you make FloorLiners for all vehicles?
A: Our FloorLiners were first introduced in 2011, and since then we’ve focused on developing applications for the most popular vehicle models from 2011 to the present. If you don’t see a product available for your vehicle, please visit our Contact Us link to be notified when new applications become available.

Q: I have vinyl flooring, do you have liners for me?
A: We do offer floor liners for select vehicles with vinyl flooring. If you don’t see your vehicle listed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Q: Why aren’t all rear Floor Liners designed as one piece?
A: We aim to provide the highest level of protection for your vehicle’s footwell. While some models allow for a one-piece, over-the-hump design, others may have structural or space limitations that require a two-piece or even three-piece configuration. Rear floor liners may come in one-, two-, or three-piece formats depending on the vehicle's interior layout. Fitment notes and images on our website will indicate whether a specific product is a single piece or a multi-piece set.

Q: What is the warranty on 3D liners products?
A: Our liners carry 3 Year Limited Warranty.

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?

Q: If there are designated trim lines, does using them void my warranty?
A: No, using the designated trim lines does not void your warranty. Some product variations are designed to be trimmed by the customer to ensure the best possible fit.

Q: The box arrived damaged, should I worry?
A: In most cases no, unless the box is opened.  We will file a shipping damage claim with the carrier.  Immediately contact our Customer Service Team via email at rma@u-ace.com.  Please note: In all cases, pictures are required to verify shipping damage.

Q: Can I place a phone order?
A: Sorry no phone orders will be accepted at this time.

Q: What are my color options?
A: Our KAGU, ELITECT, ELEGANT floor liners are available in Black.  Our PREMIUM floor liner are availble in Black and Red currently, with more colors planned for the future.
