3D U ACE RETURN POLICY

1. General Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 3DMatsUSA.com. If you are not, you may return your product within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the product price (excluding shipping).

If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.

All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

The product must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified.

It must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.

You must provide proof of purchase (an original receipt or order number).
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products not purchased directly from 3DMatsUSA.com.

Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
-
Items marked as Closeouts, Discontinued, or Overstock.

Special orders, display units, and promotional materials.
-
Cargo liners returned for cosmetic reasons like folds or wrinkles.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email your request to rma@u-ace.com. The subject line must be :
RETURNS #[YOUR ORDER NUMBER]

Provide all necessary details: In your email, include your original order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return, and photos (if the reason is a fitment issue, damage, or missing parts).

Receive Your RMA: The RMA Department will respond within 3–5 business days with an RMA number and return instructions if your request is approved.

Ship Your Return: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your package. You must ship the item within 15 days of the RMA number being issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Restocking Fee
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 2–4 weeks and will be issued to your original method of payment.
5. Limited Warranty Summary
Our products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

3-Year Limited Warranty: Covers all KAGU, ELEGANT, ELITECT, and UNIVERSAL Floor Mats and Cargo Liners.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers OUTDOOR Series and INTERIOR Accessories.
