How do I clean Elegant mats?
Start by removing the mats from the car and shaking or vacuuming, loosening dirt and debris. Next, scrub the mats with a mixture of warm water and mild detergent or carpet cleaner using a stiff brush. Rinse thoroughly with water (or use a wet/dry vacuum for deeper cleaning) and let air-dry completely before reinstalling.
What are the differences between Kagu, Elegant, & Classic liners?
While all our floor liners are three layers, the main difference is the top layer.
- • Kagu is our stylish carbon fiber-looking lightweight rubberized liner.
- • Elegant is our plush carpeted liner.
- • Classic is our older carpeted liner that's being phased out for Elegant.
My vehicle is not listed, what are my options?
We’re constantly adding new applications, please contact us via email at support@3dmatsusa.com . Or we also do have Trim-To-Fit & Universal liners available.
How long does it take to process my order before shipping?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours (1-2 Business Days) after payment is verified.
When can I receive my floor liner?
Due to the pandemic crisis, the shipping of our products is delayed. We will order, which means we create your rug after your order has been placed. Currently, please expect your orders to ship within 2 to 3 weeks.
What is the warranty on 3D products?
Our liners carry 3 Year Limited Warranty.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Start by contacting the company/seller you purchased our product from. Our Customer Service Team will only work directly with direct purchasers, via email at rma@u-ace.com. Please note: In all cases, pictures are required to verify warranty issues & proof of purchase.
Do I have to remove my existing floor liners/mats?
Yes, our 3D liners/mats are designed to fit without any existing floor liners/mats.
