Will this roof gear fit my car, SUV, or truck?
Most roof baskets, cargo boxes, and bags mount to standard vehicle crossbars or existing factory crossbars. Check individual product specifications for bar spacing and weight limit requirements.
Are 3D Mats rooftop cargo boxes and bags waterproof?
Yes. Our hard cargo boxes feature weather-sealed edges to block out rain, road spray, and grit. Our soft cargo bags are constructed from heavy-duty, waterproof fabrics with sealed seams and storm flaps over the zippers to keep your gear dry in severe weather.
How do roof baskets impact highway wind noise and fuel economy?
Any exterior cargo carrier adds aerodynamic drag. To combat wind buffeting and road noise, pair our roof baskets with the dedicated Transforming Car Roof Basket Wind Deflector, which channels airflow smoothly up and over the basket.
Can the Traveler Car Roof Box be accessed from both sides of the vehicle?
Yes. The Traveler Car Roof Box features a dual-side opening design with built-in security locks on both sides, allowing you to load and unload gear from either the driver or passenger side.
How does the Universal Car Roof Rack System attach to vehicles?
It mounts to your vehicle's existing raised or flush roof rails using an adjustable, self-locking groove clamp system that locks in place with included safety keys.
