#Warranty

3D U Ace 3-year warranty applies to the original purchaser and guarantees 3D U Ace Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship after retail purchase from an authorized 3D U Ace dealer. A warehouse deal or closeout seller is not an authorized dealer.

This guarantee does not cover damages from improper installation, cosmetic conditions caused by normal wear, operation, willful abuse, or modification. Warranty does not cover consequential damage or inconvenience caused by non-operation of the product. This warranty is non-transferrable.

If a 3D/U Ace product is suspected to be defective, contact customer service at cs@u-ace.com along with a photo and proof of purchase for warranty claims. All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly marked on the outside of the carton being returned. The entire product must be returned, not just suspected defective part(s), shipped freight prepaid (unless otherwise specified). 3D/U Ace reserves the right to repair or replace the product.

Credit will be issued upon inspection and acceptance of defective goods. Customer Service will notify you of rejected claims.

In the event the product is deemed defective by 3D/U Ace, Inc. a credit for the cost of the freight will be issued.

This 3D/U Ace Inc., limited three (3) warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All returns must be shipped to the following address & be sure to include a copy of RMA Form.
