MAXTRAC is our heavy-duty all-weather liner built specifically for SUVs and pickup trucks. It has a similar  three-layer TPR/XPE/MAXpider® construction as our KAGU liner but is engineered for more demanding conditions such as off-road use, heavy boots, mud, tools, and outdoor gear. MAXTRAC is a limited-edition product available for select vehicle models.

Most heavy-duty floor liners in this category are built from a single rigid material effective at containing spills, but stiff, heavy, and prone to edge curling in cold weather. MAXTRAC uses flexible TPR that stays pliable in all temperatures, fitting your footwell cleanly without lifting at the edges. Our MAXpider® bottom grips carpet without nibs that can permanently dent fibers over time. The three-layer XPE foam core also adds cushioning and sound dampening that competing single-layer options simply can't offer. And because MAXTRAC is digitally designed for your specific vehicle, there are no gaps — it covers your floor, not an approximation of it.

Factory mats in trucks and SUVs are typically flat rubber or carpet that sits loosely on the floor with minimal retention. They shift, fold up, and leave the edges and sills of your footwell exposed. MAXTRAC is vehicle-specific, locks in place with our MAXpider® grip system, and has raised edge walls that contain whatever comes off your boots before it reaches the carpet. It's not a comparison, MAXTRAC is purpose-built protection. Factory mats are an afterthought.
